Bluestone Process Dynamics Announces Alistair Firmin as President.

Richmond, Virginia, February 22, 2021—Bluestone Process Dynamics, LLC, a leading provider of leadership and talent development, business transformation and corporate governance solutions, today announced that Alistair Firmin has returned as a partner and been named as President. Marilyn Bota, who has led the company for the last sixteen years will continue as Chief Executive Officer. 

 Mr. Firmin has spent more than 15 years as a senior manager, most recently as Chief Marketing Officer and Go-to-Market Leader for NTT DATA’s global digital insurance platform. Prior to that, Alistair served as SVP Customer Experience at The Princeton Review/Tutor.com, VP of Customer Service at The Standard and VP Continuous Improvement at L Brands.

 As a founder of Bluestone, Marilyn successfully built the company into a trusted provider of leadership and business transformation programs, having been recognized as a Top 10 Leadership Development Training/Coaching Company of 2020 by Manage HR Magazine. Before launching Bluestone in 2006, Marilyn had been with GE for twenty years and held various leadership positions in GE Financial Assurance including Vice President of Records Management and Vice President of Lean Six Sigma Quality. Ms, Bota started her GE career as a Design Engineer and held several leadership positions while at GE Aircraft Engines, including leading South Asia Operations while based in Singapore and Canadian Operations from Ontario.

 Alistair Firmin received a BA Degree in Organizational Communication from the University at Albany and an MBA from The Raymond A. Mason School of Business at William & Mary in Virginia. He is GE certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt and Master Black Belt, served as a NIST Baldrige Examiner, and is currently Board Chair for the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry.
