As Founder of Bluestone Process Dynamics, Marilyn Bota built an award winning business utilizing seasoned executives to provide corporate consulting, executive coaching and facilitation, primarily in the areas of business transformation, change management and leadership development.  Marilyn recently stepped down as CEO to focus on assisting clients in their quest for positive change benefiting their customers, shareholders, and associates.

Marilyn’s credentials include both Lean Six Sigma Quality Leader and Master Black Belt certifications, MBA from Xavier University, BE degree in Structural Engineering from Youngstown State University and has completed and hosted several international executive and leadership programs via Bluestone and GE.

Prior to launching Bluestone, Marilyn held a variety of GE executive, international business, quality, and compliance positions. She was VP and General Manager of operations in South Asia (based in Singapore) and Canada (based in Toronto), was involved in revenue sharing in Japan and countertrade programs in Finland, and developed international programs introducing quality programs (such as Six Sigma, Lean, Work-out, At the Customer For the Customer) in the aircraft engine industry and at Genworth Financial, formerly GE Financial. Her role prior to leaving Genworth was VP, Records Management where she created and implemented a company-wide Records Management program, as well as comprehensive business policies for all associates.
