As a Training Consultant and Instructional Designer, Dr. Jackson brings many years of learning and development along with training/facilitation experience to our clients. Dr. Jackson joined Bluestone in 2015 and obtained her Doctor of Philosophy in Education from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Deborah joined Bluestone in 2012. As Chief Operating Officer, she manages the financial operations, contract management, on-boarding, and staff augmentation recruiting.

Dr. Sims specializes in leadership, change management, HRM, and business ethics. A prolific scholar and consultant, he has authored or co-authored over 200 publications and advised organizations across sectors for more than 40 years. Dr. Sims brings deep expertise in organizational transformation and leadership development.

Bob applies his entrepreneurial and corporate experience at Fortune 100 companies to help his clients reach their organizational goals. As a Certified Data Quality Expert and Master BlackBelt in Six Sigma his focus is on root cause analysis, process and data quality improvements, and training.

Bob was Bluestone’s Chief Learning Officer from 2013 until 2023.  His primary focus is on helping clients to build the capabilities to achieve their business goals for today and into the future.

Ginny offers experience and expertise from a 25+ year career in HR Management. She has held roles such as Chief Human Resources Officer, VP Staffing, Global Director of HR, Recruiter, and HR Manager for companies such as Swire Coca-Cola, Boart Longyear, Amazon and GE Healthcare.

Lorraine is known for bringing leaders and team members together and helping them recognize and appreciate the impact that their individual talents and core strengths bring to an organization.

Scot provides his clients with a rare blend of operational excellence and workforce development competencies.  Prior to professional consulting, his twenty-five year career includes experience within the world’s largest conglomerate, financial services and healthcare systems.  

Throughout her career Diana has coached and developed scores of successful leaders and individual contributors across many disciplines to optimize their impact.

Mike is a Certified Master Black Belt in Six  Sigma and a Certified SAFe 6.0 Agile coach with 30+ years of cross-industry experience helping Fortune 500 companies turn data integrity and operational excellence into bottomline results. He specializes in data quality management, advanced analytics, process transformation, and executive coaching.

Peter is a process expert in technical, manufacturing and transactional programs. His development of new processes supports key objectives, incorporates regulatory requirements, balanced metrics and long term success.

Sharon brings over 30 years of project management, process improvement, change management, facilitation and leadership to our clients.

Kristina Boehk brings more than 25 years of strategic communications experience to our clients. Skilled in both internal and external campaigns, she leads change communications efforts and provides project management expertise to deliver results.

Jim is a certified Six Sigma/Lean Master Black Belt with over 30 years of process experience.
Industries include the chemical, food, wire/cable and defense. At each he has coached black belts and
green belts through successful project completion.

Terry’s expertise includes project management, records storage strategy, current state analysis, development of disposal programs, and overall development of various document life cycle programs.

Mike brings to the table over 30 years of leadership,
operational management, and executive-level experience with Fortune 250 companies. In addition, he has has deep understanding of operational risk management and regulatory compliance.
