Alistair Firmin is president of Bluestone Process Dynamics and is based in Portland, Oregon. In his more than 20 years of experience he delivers executive, international business, quality and innovation experience to our clients. He has created organization specific quality and management systems that work within each unique business culture, utilizing programs such as Six Sigma, Lean, Work-out, and Baldrige to develop and sustain high performing teams across various companies and industries. Before joining Bluestone, Alistair worked at various companies including GE, Johnson & Johnson, NTT DATA, and L Brands.
Alistair’s credentials include Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Black Belt certifications, NIST Baldrige Examiner and Certified Scrum Product Owner. He also holds an MBA from the Mason School of Business at William & Mary and a BA degree in Organizational Communication from the University at Albany.
Alistair is current Board Chair at the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry (OMSI) and a prior Chair of Youth Villages’ Oregon Board.
