Richmond, VA – June 26 2025 – Bluestone Process Dynamics, LLC proudly announces the appointment of Bob Granese as Practice Lead for its newly established Data Enablement Practice. A recognized authority in data quality, governance, and process improvement, Granese brings decades of experience as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Certified Information Management Professional.
This strategic addition underscores Bluestone’s commitment to helping organizations build the foundational data capabilities needed to enable transformation, innovation, and AI readiness.

Granese is widely respected for his ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions, having led enterprise transformations that embedded quality and governance into core operations. He also developed and championed a method for calculating the real cost of poor quality data (COPQD). These costs are another key driver of organizations’ efforts to eliminate problem data.
