Ginny Hsu Sorenson offers experience and expertise from a 25+ year career in HR Management. She has held roles such as Chief Human Resources Officer, VP Staffing, Global Director of HR, Recruiter, and HR Manager for companies such as Swire Coca-Cola, Boart Longyear, Amazon and GE Healthcare.
Ginny has been integral as an Executive leader to successfully manage a large refranchising transition (Coca-Cola) and working in matrix organizational structures across the globe. This global experience has given her a unique perspective on different organizational structures across different industries.
She believes strongly that people create all value. Ginny has focused on management’s role in developing talent and enhancing company Culture in a way that provides direction – and rhythm – to the organization to deliver business results. Ginny challenges herself and others to find ways for managers to have access to data that tells a revealing story, whether for talent acquisition, rewards & recognition programs, performance improvement, succession planning or Diversity, Equity & Inclusion efforts.
Ginny has a Master’s degree in Organizational Management, a Bachelor’s degree in Management, and is also certified as a Birkman Assessment Facilitator. Ginny thrives on raising the bar for others in all facets of her life.
