Dianne is an accomplished international Risk executive. She has direct experience on executive
and advisory boards, consulting, and training with corporations, banks, fin-techs and government
agencies globally. She has broad experience leading Risk Management organizational design, and related support services. She has a proven track record of delivering technology-based process re-engineering to optimize growth and quality.

She attends and speaks at multiple industry conferences annually, including Risk Minds, SEBA CROs, and ABA Risk Leaders.
Dianne’s industry experience includes executive Risk, Operations and IT positions at Citibank, GE Capital, and Bank of the West. She has most recently consulted for various credit unions and Fin-Tech startups, specifically guiding them on transformations necessary to be “Ready to Grow”.
Dianne earned her MBA with a focus on Quantitative Analysis and a B.A. in Economics from
California State University Northridge. She additionally completed an international exchange
program at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid in Spain. She is fully bi-lingual in
English and Spanish.
