Howard is recognized for his work in performance improvement and is certified as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Lean Bronze, and Professional Engineer. Additionally, Howard possesses certifications for teaching Six Sigma, Lean, Change Management and Team Empowerment. He has had the privilege of working with over 600 business and enjoys helping others find, improve and innovate from other industry best practices.
Howard held senior leadership positions in companies including Macy’s, Texas Instruments, Asea Brown Boveri, Boston Whaler, General Electric and GE Capital. Howard received an MBA from the University Dallas with honors, he earned his BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of South Florida and is All-but-Dissertation for a PhD in Industrial Engineering from the University of Central Florida. Finally, Howard has been married for over 30 years, has 3 children, 5 grand-children and enjoys time on his cattle ranch when he is not on a plane.
